what is remarkable is that Doyle was never touted as a real prospect when playing eircom league football. he has had three very good years at Reading and a blip in his relegation year. he needs to be playing premiership football so he can be more than ready for WC2010. Doyle’s success underlines the fact that eircom league players should be paid more attention to, and the irish league contains a large pool of talent.
