You have my sympathy. We have been down inthe mire a few times. Early 70's, Early 80's and our current plight. A chance for a fresh start!!!!!!!! A mixture of youth an experience will steady the ship at Southampton. A quality backroom staff that are Sothampton through and through. Fly- by-nights you do not need. People who know the Club inside out. Bring some old faces in, who know the history of the club. This is very important. Give a open trial to players who have not had the chance to play for a club. A tough transistion will be neccessary. Mid-table would be the best to hope for considering the circumstances. A suggestion for the future would be a bond scheme where the local people have a say in the future of the club. The club would now be in the hands of the many not the few. Only reason he never played for eng was because of the beer belly!
