Teams do not buy people, they buy players registrations and buy out their contracts which they replace with new contracts of employment.

&#039;Whereabouts&#039; is probably included as a prerequisite in the T&amp;Cs to compete in competitions run by the respective governing bodies.

However I do agree with you that &#039;Specificity&#039; is a stupid word!</description>
