David Beckham returns to AC Milan
7:12pm UK, Monday December 28, 2009

David Beckham has touched down in Milan ready for his second stint at AC Milan where he will remain on loan from LA Galaxy until the end of the season.
The England international made the same move to the San Siro outfit this time last year and will be hoping that his second spell in Italy will boost his chances of playing for England at the World Cup next summer.
Beckham scored two goals in 18 appearances for the Italian giants last year and is set to be re-introduced to the Italian league when matches recommence after the winter break. The 34-year-old could feature in Milan’s first game of 2010 when they host Genoa at the San Siro on January 6.
The football icon drew in the crowds during his first training session in Milan on Monday, where he was immediately put through his paces.
The Italian seven-times European champions currently lie in second place in the Serie A table, eight points behind bitter rivals Inter Milan with a game in hand.
