Adrian Sutil is keeping his options open for the 2011 Formula 1 season, but says he would be happy to remain with Force India.

Very few teams have vacancies for next season with Red Bull, McLaren, Ferrari and Mercedes already confirming they are to stick with their current line-ups, but Renault could have a seat for Sutil.

The German has been linked with a move to partner Robert Kubica at Renault with pay driver rookie Vitaly Petrov showing inconsistency in the first half of the season.

Many believe Sutil to be a driver who should now be pushing the top 10 after putting in some incredible performances for Force India over the last year-and-a-half.

“My options are still open,” he said. “I have got an option with this team here again, but we will see what’s going on.

“At the moment, I don’t see any other team, so I would be happy to stay here another year.

“Hopefully my team is happy to continue with my work as well.”

Sutil is currently 10th in the Drivers’ Championship with 35 points, just three behind countryman and seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher and 21 ahead of his team-mate Vitantonio Liuzzi.

By comparison Petrov has just seven points, 82 points off his team-mate Kubica.
