Prediction: Kevin Mitchell to beat Felix Lora by TKO

On Friday night in York Hall, London, Kevin Mitchell will once again try and build some momentum in his career against limited opponent Felix Lora of the Dominican Republic. Mitchell has not fought since beating undefeated John Murray seven months ago and there are rumours that if he wins on Friday night, he will face Scotland’s WBO lightweight title holder Ricky Burns in the spring. Expect Mitchell to dominate his smaller opponent with a stiff jab, decent lateral movement and a solid body attack. Lora has only been stopped once in 27 fights but he is very limited and will likely be stopped in the middle rounds as Mitchell tries to put on a show and prove he is worthy of a world title fight.
