Keane, who made nearly 300 appearances for Spurs during two spells at White Hart Lane, secured a move to Major League Soccer outfit in a £3.5m deal in August.
The Republic of Ireland captain has already won his first piece of silverware in the United States, helping Galaxy to the MLS Cup in November, and he admits looking forward to meeting some familiar faces in the summer.
“Tottenham will enjoy the chance to come to a place like this and the facilities that we have here, and play a good LA Galaxy team,” said Keane.
“It’s always nice to play against your former club and especially when you’ve still got a lot of friends there.”
Keane’s team-mate, Landon Donovan, spent the MLS off-season at Everton, and the American midfielder admitted Tottenham were the side that impressed him most during his recent loan spell at Goodison Park.
“I would say that the most difficult game, and the best game we played was against Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane,” he said.
“I was really impressed with the varied type of player that they have. They have some very skilful players like Luka Modric and Rafael van der Vaart.
“More than that, they’re just powerful with players such as Gareth Bale, Kyle Walker, Emmanuel Adebayor.
“They’re a good team and it’s going to be a great game for us.”
