England v Australia: Hosts name unchanged squad for ODI series
England name an unchanged squad for the one-day series against Australia after their 2-0 triumph over West Indies

England have named an unchanged squad for the five-match one-day international series against Australia which starts at Lord’s on Friday.
Stuart Broad, Graeme Swann and Tim Bresnan return to the fray after the trio were rested for the final ODI against West Indies, which was washed out by rain as England won the series 2-0.
England captain Alastair Cook and Ravi Bopara are set to feature in Essex’s floodlit match against Australia on Tuesday, while Steven Finn and Eoin Morgan have been released to play for Middlesex. Craig Kieswetter will play for Somerset in the Friends Life T20 fixture.
“The series win against West Indies was pleasing and we are making steady progress in one-day cricket with a sixth straight series victory on home soil,” said national selector Geoff Miller.
“Australia are a strong one day side and I’ve no doubt this will be a challenging NatWest series for us and we will need to play some very good cricket over the next three weeks.
“Playing against the No1 ranked one-day side in the world is an excellent test for us as we look to keep steadily improving ahead of next summer’s Champions Trophy and the 2015 World Cup.”
England have not lost on home soil in six ODI matches following their eight-wicket victory over West Indies last Tuesday. ![]()
