Lewandowski has just finished a sparkling campaign for Borussia Dortmund, scoring 30 goals as Jurgen Klopp’s side won the Bundesliga and German Cup. The 23-year-old is playing at his first international tournament, but has a good track record with Poland – 14 goals in 42 appearances. Poland will be at full strength for the opening game against Greece, and buoyed by home support, they should start their Euro 2012 campaign with a victory. Kerzhakov looks to be favoured over former Tottenham Hotspur striker Roman Pavlyuchenko and Fulham’s Pavel Pogrebnyak up front for Russia.
