Manchester City welcome Queens Park Rangers to the Etihad Stadium for the first time since the Premier League title race’s dramatic finale last term – and the Tipster is backing Carlos Tévez to score at least twice in Saturday’s late kick-off.

Our man-in-the-know is also tipping Roberto Mancini’s side to ease to a victory by three goals or more.

Elsewhere, our resident betting expert is predicting the London derby between West Ham United and Fulham to end all square, and both sides to score in Tottenham Hotspur against Norwich City.

Tévez to score two goals or more against QPR – 13/5

Tévez has been in impressive form for City at the start of the new campaign, scoring against Chelsea in the Community Shield and netting in their opening two Premier League fixtures. The Argentina international is desperate to make amends for his absence for much of last season, so the Tipster is backing Tévez to score two goals or more against QPR at solid odds of 13/5.

Man City to beat QPR by three goals or more – 7/5

Mancini’s side should claim three points against QPR in a much more convincing manner then their 3-2 win on the final day of the Premier League campaign. The defending champions have started their season with an unconvincing win against Southampton and a 2-2 draw at Liverpool. The Tipster is backing City to finally impress by beating Mark Hughes’ side by at least a three-goal margin at 7/5.

West Ham and Fulham to draw – 9/4

West Ham suffered an emphatic 3-0 defeat at Swansea City on their last outing after winning their first game back in the top flight against Aston Villa. Meanwhile, Martin Jol’s side were impressive against Manchester United and have added Dimitar Berbatov to their ranks. The last time these two sides met at Upton Park, the game finished in a 1-1 draw. And the Tipster is backing the Hammers and Fulham to share the spoils on Saturday at 9/4.
Bet365 odds

Both teams to score in Tottenham v Norwich City – 4/6

Both sides have scored in Tottenham’s opening two league fixtures this season, with Newcastle United and West Brom both finding a way past Brad Friedel. Norwich City, meanwhile, picked up their first point under new manager Chris Hughton in a 1-1 draw with QPR last week. Two of the last three meetings between these two have seen both sides score, and the Tipster is backing the same to happen on Saturday at great odds of 4/6.

The long shot: Adebayor to score first and Spurs to win – 7/2

Emmanuel Adebayor completed his long-drawn-out permanent move to Tottenham in August after the 28-year-old scored 17 goals for Spurs last season. Tottenham should be finally able to seal their first league win under André Villas-Boas against Norwich with their superior squad. The Tipster’s ambitious long shot for this edition is Adebayor to score first and Tottenham to win at tempting odds of 7/2.
