Manchester City will be looking to record their first Champions League win of the season on Wednesday night – and the Tipster is backing Sergio Aguero to net against Borussia Dortmund.

Our resident betting expert is tipping over 2.5 goals in the clash between the Premier League and German champions at the Etihad, while backing Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to net first for Arsenal against Olympiacos.

Meanwhile, our man-in-the-know is tipping Javier Hernández to net for Manchester United in Romania on Tuesday and reckons Chelsea will beat Nordsjaelland, with over 2.5 goals in Denmark.

Aguero to score at any time for Man City v Dortmund – 11/10

The Argentina striker netted his first goal of the Premier League campaign as City came from behind to beat Fulham on Saturday. It was Aguero’s second goal of the season in all competitions and he netted five times in the Champions League last term. The Tipster is backing Aguero to score at any time at 11/10.

Over 2.5 goals in Man City v Dortmund – 4/6

Dortmund’s attacking style has thrilled German fans in recent seasons, with Jurgen Klopp’s men winning 5-1 at the weekend – and star striker Robert Lewandowski was rested! Meanwhile, three of City’s last four games at the Etihad have finished with over 2.5 goals. So The Tipster is backing over 2.5 goals in City v Dortmund at 4/6.

Hernández to score at any time for Man Utd v Cluj – 11/10

The Mexican striker has dropped down the pecking order at United since the arrival of Robin van Persie. But Sir Alex Ferguson is expected to hand Hernández the chance to net his seventh Champions League goal for the Red Devils. And Hernández to net at any time on Tuesday night in Romania is a solid shout at 11/10.

Over 2.5 goals & Chelsea to beat Nordsjaelland – 21/20

Chelsea will be desperate to pick up maximum points after squandering a 2-0 lead in their opening group-stage game with Juventus. Six of the Blues’ 12 games this season have seen at least three goals scored. So the Tipster is backing over 2.5 goals and Chelsea to beat Nordsjaelland at great odds of 21/20.

The long shot: Oxlade-Chamberlain to score first – 13/2

Oxlade-Chamberlain has been a huge hit at Arsenal and it feels as if he’s been a member of Arsène Wenger’s squad for some time. However, the 18-year-old made his Champions League debut last September, scoring the first goal against Olympiacos in a 2-1 win. The Tipster’s long shot for this edition is Oxlade-Chamberlain to net first against Olympiakos at very tempting odds of 13/2.
