Manchester City will look to put their Ajax loss behind them when they face Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday, and the Tipster is backing Sergio Aguero to score at any time at the Etihad.

Our resident betting expert is also tipping Michu to net against the Citizens, and expects Aston Villa to win a tight match against Norwich City. He also reckons both Arsenal and QPR will score at The Emirates.

Aguero to score at any time against Swansea – 4/6

Aguero was City’s talisman last season, scoring 23 goals in 34 games including the dramatic winner against QPR in May which sealed the title. The 24-year-old has only scored twice this season – against Fulham and Sunderland – but the Tipster is backing Aguero to net against City at solid odds of 4/6.

Under 2.5 goals in Aston Villa v Norwich – Evens

Along with Sunderland, Norwich and Villa have the worst goals record in the division. Both teams have managed an unimpressive six strikes in their opening eight games. So, unsurprisingly, the Tipster is backing under 2.5 goals at Evens at Villa Park on Saturday.

Aston Villa to beat Norwich – 10/11

Paul Lambert will know exactly how to play against his former side Norwich and it’s a game Villa really should win if they want to avoid a relegation battle this season. Norwich’s away form is poor, with three defeats in four games. So The Tipster is backing Villa to beat Norwich at 10/11.

Both teams to score in Arsenal v QPR – 4/6

Arsenal were praised early in the season for their defensive displays, but they have conceded in their last five league games, and suffered a 2-0 loss to Schalke midweek. QPR have found it easier to score away from Loftus Road this season, with four goals in five games. Both teams to score at The Emirates is 4/6 and looks like a solid shout.

The long shot: Swansea’s Michu to score at any time – 4/1

City have conceded in seven of their eight league games and Mancini’s men lost 3-1 to Ajax on Wednesday. Based on their defensive frailties, Michu is an excellent shout to score with six gaols this season, two of which came in his last two matches. So The Tipster’s ambitious long shot for this edition is Michu to net at any time against City at tempting odds of 4/1.
