Harry Redknapp has hinted he will look to secure a number of loan signings during the January transfer window.

The 65-year-old has been linked with a host of names since taking charge of the Hoops in November, including England legend David Beckham and Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker.

However, Redknapp insists his potential signings for QPR will be dictated by the club’s results in the coming weeks, with the Hoops still winless and rooted to the bottom of the Premier League.

“I am going to meet this week with the owners and have a good chat,” said Redknapp.

“I have not met the chairman since I have taken over so it will be nice to see him and say hello.

“Hopefully in January we will still be in a position to strengthen the team and carry on giving it a go.

“If we are in there then we might do something but we might not spend money. We might look at what is out there in the loan market also.”
