Liverpool will hope to put their FA Cup disaster at Oldham Athletic behind them when they face Arsenal on Wednesday – and the Tipster is backing Luis Suárez to net at The Emirates.

Our resident betting expert is tipping over 3.5 goals between the Gunners and Liverpool and expects Chelsea to beat Reading in a high-scoring tie.

Finally, the Tipster is predicting both sides to score when Manchester United take on Southampton – with his long shot Robin van Persie to score a hat-trick.

Suárez to score for Liverpool v Arsenal – 11/10

Suárez netted as Liverpool suffered a shock 3-2 loss to Oldham Athletic on Sunday. It took the Uruguayan’s tally to an impressive 21 goals in 31 appearances in all competitions this season. The 26-year-old scored against Arsenal on his last visit to The Emirates, and the Tipster’s opening bet for this edition is Suárez to strike for Liverpool against the Gunners at 11/10.

Over 3.5 goals in Arsenal v Liverpool – 13/8

As already mentioned, Liverpool were beaten 3-2 at Oldham in the FA Cup fourth round. Arsenal enjoyed an equally entertaining tie as the Gunners edged to a 3-2 win against Brighton. So this should be a high-scoring affair. There have been over 3.5 goals in Arsenal’s last two outings, and the Tipster reckons that there will be at least four goals between the Gunners and Liverpool at 13/8.

Over 3.5 goals and Chelsea to beat Reading – 21/10

Rafael Benítez’s Chelsea have been impressive on the road in recent weeks, winning their last four away matches in the Premier League. Furthermore, there have been over 2.5 goals in five of the Blues’ six last away games. Still need convincing? Chelsea have scored at least two goals in their last three outings. Needless to say, The Tipster is backing Chelsea to beat Reading and over 2.5 goals at 21/10.
Bet365 odds

Both sides to score in Man Utd v Saints – 4/5

This fixture traditionally produces plenty of goals. There have been at least 2.5 goals in the last five meetings between these two sides. Earlier this season, a Van Persie treble cancelled out Southampton’s lead and helped the Red Devils to three points. United have kept just three clean sheets in 11 league games at Old Trafford, while the Saints have scored in nine of their 11 away games. So, both sides to score is a great shout at 4/5.

The long shot: RVP to score three goals or more v Saints – 11/2

With Southampton undergoing a recent upheaval following the sacking of Nigel Adkins and subsequent appoint of Maurcio Pottechino, United will look to exploit any weakness. Van Persie should return to the first-team after being rested for the FA Cup tie at the weekend as the Dutch striker aims to score his 19th Premier goal of the season. Van Persie scored a hat-trick at St Mary’s earlier this term – and the Tipster’s long shot is the United striker to score three or more at 11/2.
