The France international bounced back from a below-par start to the campaign to feature in the club’s final 10 Premier League games and help secure a top-four finish.
The 27-year-old scored the winner in a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United on the final day of the season which sealed the club’s place in the Champions League next term.
But Koscielny might not be part of Arsenal’s European campaign after his agent Stephane Courbis claimed there is interest from Bayern and Barça – despite “no contact” from either club.
“I know that Laurent is part of a shortlist of three or four players for both clubs,” Courbis told Eurosport France.
Last month, Koscielny insisted he would be happy to stay at Arsenal as long as the club could compete for silverware.
“I feel good at Arsenal, if we have ambition to fight against the other teams of course I want to stay here,” Koscielny told Eurosport.
“It’s hard psychologically. We are constantly pressured because if Arsenal is not in the Champions League it would be a catastrophe.
“It is hard to not win titles year after year. We are competitors, professionals, we want to win.
“I want to add to my list of achievements. If Arsenal cannot allow me that, I’ll seek a move elsewhere.”
