viagogo is to become a sponsorship partner for Real Betis and will work with the club to drive international ticket sales and facilitate easy collection at the stadium box office.

viagogo has local language websites in nearly 50 different countries, making it easier for international fans to buy tickets for home games at the Estadio Benito Villamarín.

Real Betis President Miguel Guillén said: “As we continue to build on our position in La Liga, we are excited to be opening up our stadium to our fans from all over the world. We are looking forward to working with viagogo and benefiting from its ticketing experience and the global reach of its secure marketplace.”

viagogo’s spokesperson Steve Roest said: “We are very proud to be continuing our work in La Liga with the announcement of our eighth football partnership in Spain. We are looking forward to working closely with the club to help Real Betis welcome even more fans to the stadium.”

Real Betis’s first match at the Estadio Benito Villamarín following the launch of its partnership with viagogo will be against Valencia CF on Sunday 15th September.
