Jose Mourinho has claimed that it “doesn’t matter” who his Chelsea side are drawn against in the Champions League semi-finals after their dramatic win over Paris Saint-Germain.

The Blues booked their place in the last-four draw after goals from Andre Schurrle and Demba Ba handed Mourinho’s men a 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge to send them through on away goals after last week’s 3-1 loss in Paris.

Chelsea will face either Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich or Manchester United in the semi-finals of Europe’s elite club competition.

But the Portuguese coach insisted that he is not bothered about who his side are paired with in Friday’s draw.

“It doesn’t matter,” said Mourinho. “Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico, Bayern, Manchester – it doesn’t matter.

“We are in the semi-finals. If the quarter-finals had eight fantastic teams, imagine the four that will reach the semi-finals. Anything can happen.

“A big opponent is waiting for us in the semi-final but it doesn’t matter who.

“They know we are a team with a special spirit even if we are not in the maximum of our potential because Nemanja Matic and Mohamed Salah cannot play and now [Branislav] Ivanovic is suspended.

“We are going to enjoy it, the same way I told the players we have to enjoy this game.”
