Neymar’s ‘Incredible Hulk’ the most-liked World Cup photo on Facebook

Neymar's picture of the Brazil striker and team-mate Hulk is liked by an incredible 2.5m people and shared 70,000 times

We’ve had plenty of World Cup images to mull over from the stars in Brazil, and the omens are good for the host country after Neymar’s “Incredible Hulk” snap was crowned the most-shared photo of the tournament so far.

The Brazil striker posed alongside his team-mate Hulk ahead of the Seleção’s last-16 clash against Chile on Saturday, which Luiz Felipe Scolari’s men won 3-2 on penalties following a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes of play.

Neymar’s amusing snap was liked by a staggering 2.5 million Facebook users, whilst the Barcelona forward’s social media post was shared 70,000 times.

On Monday, Facebook revealed that there have been an incredible 1 billion World Cup-related interactions on the social media site.
