And Ferguson, who brought Hernandez to Manchester United from Guadalajara in 2010, is sure that the 26-year-old forward will impress during his temporary spell in Spain.
“Hernández will do well in Madrid,” Ferguson told Tutto Mercato. “I am sure he will score many goals.
“He concentrates hard and his dream has always been to play for Real.”
Hernández scored 59 goals in 154 games for United across four seasons.
