Erik Lamela is looking forward to Tottenham Hotspur’s clash against Partizan Belgrade at White Hart Lane on Thursday.

The Argentina international has been impressive in the Europa League this season, scoring two goals in three appearances.

So no surprise that the 22-year-old playmaker is eagerly anticipating his chance to add to eye-catching figures.

“In training, ready for tomorrow,” Lamela wrote.

Another win will be enough to take Tottenham through to the Europa League round of 32, while the Group C trail has already gone cold for Partizan.

The omens are good for Spurs, too, as they have won both of their previous home games against Serbian sides by two-goal margins.

Meanwhile Lamela’s team-mate Harry Kane isis one of four players with five goals in this season’s group stage.
