Nemanja Vidic’s agent has appeared to open the door to a potential return to Manchester United after he admitted that the centre-half’s Inter Milan future is uncertain.

The Serbia international has struggled to make a positive impression at the San Siro outfit following his move to the 2010 Champions League winners from Old Trafford last summer.

The 33-year-old, who is a five-time Premier League champion, has scored one goal in 15 Serie A appearances, making a further four appearances in the Europa League.

Vidic has been linked with an emotional return to United in recent months, and his agent Silvano Martina failed to rule out a potential move away from the Milan club.

“He’s fine,” Silvano Martina told FC Inter News.

“Inter are a great club and all players would be happy to wear their shirt. Will he be at Inter next season? I’m not a psychic. I cannot see into the future.”

The Serbia defender won five Premier League titles, the Champions League, Fifa Club World Cup, three League Cup crowns and five Community Shields during his United career.
