Mario Balotelli coined The Terminator’s famous catchphrase, ‘I’ll be back’, after the Liverpool striker missed a 1-0 win at Swansea City due to illness on Monday night.

The Italy international was unavailable for the encounter at Liberty Stadium as Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson scored a second-half winner against Garry Monk’s side.

While Balotelli didn’t look entirely happy to be missing the clash because of a stomach bug, the Liverpool star managed to show off his trademark humour with an Instagram post ahead of the game.

Balotelli wrote: “ENJOY YOUR TIME TILL I’LL BE BACK. ”

The 24-year-old has scored one goal in 13 Premier League appearances following his move to Liverpool from AC Milan in a £16m deal last summer.

Balotelli has struggled to make a real impact at Merseyside outfit after being out-of-favour under Brendan Rodgers for much of the season.
