The Blues centre-half, like most of his team-mates, jetted off for a break in the sun after a 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League last weekend.
Cahill was a key part of the Chelsea side that wrapped up the top-flight crown with three games to spare, prompting Jose Mourinho to permit some of his stars an early holiday.
And the England international was chilling with his family on Thursday morning before the 29-year-old returns to work tomorrow.
Cahill posted the above snap and wrote: “Last day relaxing with the family.”
Cahill and John Terry have formed the second-meanest defence in the Premier League this season behind Southampton impenetrable back four.
The former Bolton Wanderers defender has scored one goal in 36 Premier League appearances for the newly-crowned champions this season.
