Emmanuel Adebayor appears to have drawn inspiration from Chelsea midfielder Juan Cuadrado after the Tottenham Hotspur striker sported a new haircut on Wednesday night.

The Togo forward has been sporting long, flowing dreadlocks for much of the season on his rare appearances in Mauricio Pochettino’s first-team.

And the former Arsenal and Manchester City man opted to spice up his haircut with just two Premier League games remaining in the current campaign.

Adebayor took to his Instagram page to show off his new trim ahead of their clash against Hull City at White Hart Lane in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Tottenham forward posted the above snap and posted scissor emoticons as his innovative caption.

Adebayor hasn’t started a game since their 1-0 victory over Sheffield United in the Capital One Cup in January.

The Spurs striker has scored two goals in 13 Premier League appearances this season.

However, the African has started just nine top-flight games.
