The Colombia international joined the Serie A champions on a season-long loan after he failed to impress during the second half of the west London side’s Premier League title-winning campaign.
The South American has made one assist in seven Serie A appearances for the Turin side, racking up 427 top-flight minutes so far this season.
And Juventus general manager Giuseppe Marotta revealed that the 27-year-old midfielder had expressed his desire to stay at the Italian champions beyond his current season-long loan agreement.
“We have no right of redemption, at Chelsea’s request,” Marotta is quoted as saying at Juventus’ shareholders’ meeting.
“He’s expressed his happiness at being here with us, and [his happiness to] continue here in future.
“We’ll look at things with Chelsea at the appropriate time, but it’s very likely that there will be a good conclusion.”
Cuadrado failed to score or make a goal in 15 appearances for Chelsea after he completed a £23.5m move to the Premier League champions from Serie A outfit Fiorentina in the January transfer window.
The South American winger has scored five times in 45 appearances for the Colombia national team.
