Bastian Schweinsteiger has taken to social media to reveal his delight at helping Manchester United wrap up a 3-0 win at Everton on Saturday.

The German World Cup winner played 74 minutes as Louis van Gaal’s men returned to winning ways and moved up to second place in the Premier League table after their loss to Arsenal before the international break.

Goals from Morgan Schneiderlin, Ander Herrera and Wayne Rooney sealed the three points for the Red Devils.

And the veteran midfielder was clearly thrilled to help his side move up the Premier League table.
