The Brazilian defender sat out Saturday’s 3-0 win over Watford due to an undisclosed injury but is fit and ready to feature against the Bundesliga outfit.
Wenger also confirmed that the Gunners had suffered no fresh injury concerns ahead of the visit of Pep Guardialoa’s men to the north London side.
Wenger told a news conference on Monday afternoon at Arsenal’s London Colney training ground: “Gabriel is back available and everybody has recovered from Saturday.”

Arsenal have won only one of their four home games against Bayern in recent history.
Bayern have scored eight goals with no reply in their first two fixtures, winning 3-0 at Olympiacos and 5-0 at home to Dinamo.
The German side have won on their last two visits to Arsenal, which were both round of 16 first-leg assignments.
