Organic lucuma powder

About: Sourced from farms in Pesco (central Peru), lucuma is a nutrient dense fruit. Dubbed the “Gold of Incas”, this exotic Peruvian fruit is celebrated for its flagrant flavour. Organic lucuma lowder is certified organic by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.

Benefits: The fruit is selected for the best quality, cleaned in natural water and organically ground into powder with no additives. A natural sweetener, lucuma powder is prominent within the Peruvian Andes as ice cream flavouring.

Organic Cacao Liquor Buttons

About: Containing a host of active substances, Cacao beans are the raw base for chocolate manufacture. Originating from the tropical climates in South America, the Theobroma Cacao tree was considered sacred amongst the Mayans and Aztecs. On its own, the cacao beans are a fine “superfood” as they foster a variety of nutrients. Produced by organic growers, and harvested by hand as pods, the raw beans are selected for the finest quality and fermented to reduce their initial bitterness. Cacao liquor is made by pressing ground, milled cacao nibs to make a cacao paste. The paste is then melted to become the liquor. The liquor is cooled and moulded into button shapes. Organic cacao liquor buttons are certified organic by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.

Maca provides a range of nutrients, an abundance of calcium and an assortment of vitamins including C, B2 (riboflavin) and B6.
