The Belgium international put pen to paper on a new three-and-a-half year deal which will keep the midfielder in north London until 2019 earlier on Friday.
Dembele helped Tottenham come from behind at Selhurst Park to ease to a 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace in their most-recent Premier League game last weekend.
The former Fulham midfielder has blossomed into one of the north London side’s chief architects in the heart of the Tottenham midfield over the course of the 2015/16 campaign.
The 28-year-old midfielder took to Twitter to reflect on his new Tottenham contract on Friday evening.

And Austria international Wimmer was quick to send a message of congratulations to the Belgian midfielder following his new contract.

Dembele has scored three goals in 19 Premier League games for the north London outfit so far this season.
