Chelsea will hope to bounce back from their first defeat under Guus Hiddink when Manchester City make the trip to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

The defending Premier League champions are in 12th place in the table but the FA Cup offers a chance to breathe some positivity into the west London’s disappointing season.

Chelsea haven’t lost in the Premier League since Jose Mourinho’s final game in charge of the west Londoners in early December when Leicester City were 2-1 winners against the Blues.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side have lost their last two Premier League games, which makes Chelsea slight favourites to progress to the FA Cup last eight.

The Citizens are back in action later this week when Pellegrini’s side make the long trip to Ukraine for the first leg of their Champions League last-16 clash against Dynamo Kyiv.
