Eden Hazard looked to be in a focused mood as he led his Chelsea team-mates out for training at Cobham on Monday morning as the Blues completed their final training session ahead of their crunch Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Belgian playmaker has sparked fresh speculation surrounding his future at Chelsea on the eve of their clash with PSG by admitting that he would find it difficult to turn down a transfer to the French club.

However, the 25-year-old, who played the full 90 minutes as Chelsea sealed a thumping 5-1 win over Newcastle United on Saturday evening, looked to be in a serious mood as he walked onto the training pitches at Cobham on Monday morning.
