Per Mertesacker has taken to social media to urge Arsenal to keep the belief in the title race after Sunday’s dramatic 2-1 win over Leicester.

Mertesacker played the full 90 minutes as Arsene Wenger’s men came from a goal down to earn a victory against the Foxes and move to within two points of the leaders heading into the final 12 games of the season.
