Per Mertesacker has taken to social media to urge Arsenal to keep the belief in the title race after Sunday’s dramatic 2-1 win over Leicester.

Mertesacker played the full 90 minutes as Arsene Wenger’s men came from a goal down to earn a victory against the Foxes and move to within two points of the leaders heading into the final 12 games of the season.

Arsenal have been installed as favourites to win the Premier League title after their victory over Claudio Ranieri’s men at Emirates Stadium.

But Gunners captain Mertesacker has urged his team-mates to stay focused as the title race hots up.
