The Gunners were unable to find a way past Steve Bruce’s side as Hull goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic made 11 saves, which is more than any other shot stopper at The Emirates this season.
Elneny made his full debut for the FA Cup holders in the fifth-round clash, touching the ball 104 times and completing 85 passes against the Tigers.
And the January signing took to Instagram to express his determination to help Arsenal progress to the quarter-finals in the replay.
Elneny wrote on his Instagram page: “Good game today .. unfortunately we couldn’t make it to the next round .. But we are ready and looking forward for the replay in the KC stadium .. #COYG”
The 23-year-old joined the Premier League side in a reported £7.4m deal from Swiss outfit Basel in January.
Elneny has scored three goals in 39 appearances for the Egypt national team.
Arsenal beat Hull 3-2 in the FA Cup final in 2014 after Aaron Ramsey scored an extra-time winner.
