Mesut Ozil looked to be in good spirits as Arsenal completed their final training session ahead of their Premier League clash with Southampton on Tuesday night.

The Gunners were put through their paces at the club’s London Colney training ground on Monday morning as they completed their final preparations for their league clash with the Saints.

Arsenal will be out to gain revenge for their humiliating 4-0 loss to Southampton at St Mary’s on Boxing Day when they welcome Ronald Koeman’s men to Emirates Stadium.

Ozil, who was rested for Saturday’s FA Cup win over Burnley, looked sharp during the training session on Monday morning.

Also pictured in action was midfielder Francis Coquelin, who has been out of action with a knee injury.

Here are some of the best pictures from Monday’s Arsenal training session.
