Piers Morgan has named six Arsenal players in his combined Barcelona XI from the last 20 years as the Gunners prepare to host the Catalan giants at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.

Arsenal are set to take on the La Liga champions at their home ground in the first leg of the last-16 tie.

The north London side are the big underdogs to progress through to the quarter-finals of Europe’s elite club competition for the first time since 2010.

Celebrity Arsenal fan Morgan has included the likes of Thierry Henry, Ronaldinho, Lionel Messi and Dennis Bergkamp in his combined eleven from the two teams from the last 20 years.

Morgan tweeted on Monday:

Arsenal have lost their two previous two-legged knockout ties against Barcelona, who also won in England at this stage of the competition in 2014 and 2015.
