The Spaniard has been a regular fixture in the north London side’s first-team this season and has made the right-back spot his own after forcing original first-choice Mathieu Debuchy out of the team.
Bellerin, who is known for his searing pace, has made 23 appearances in the Premier League for Arsenal so far this season to help the north London side up to third place in the Premier League table.
And Henry feels that the 20-year-old has already established himself as the best right-back in the top flight this season.
Speaking on Sky Sports News HQ on Friday morning, Henry said: “Hector Bellerin is a simple choice for me – I think he’s the best right-back in the league.
“He deals with counters and two-on-one situations very well, on top of bringing something going forward.”
Bellerin will be expecting to feature when Arsenal host Premier League leaders Leicester City at The Emirates on Saturday afternoon.
The Gunners are currently five points behind the Foxes.
