The north London side have come in for plenty of criticism in recent days after they suffered back to back defeats by Barcelona and United to significantly dent their Premier League and Champions League hopes.
Their 3-2 loss to United at Old Trafford left the Gunners in third place in the table and five points behind leaders Leicester City heading into the final 11 games of the season.
However, despite their recent stuttering form, former Manchester United and Liverpool striker Owen is fully expecting to see Arsenal beat Swansea to nil on Wednesday night.
Writing in his column for Bet Victor, Owen said: “Arsenal disappointed me against United on Sunday and the Swans did the double over the Gunners last season.
“That said, it is hard to see past a home win despite the fact that the hosts have now failed to score in four of their last six home games in all competitions.”
Arsenal, who have not won the title since 2004, finished third last season and won the FA Cup.
