Chris Waddle is tipping Tottenham Hotspur to win the Premier League title this season.

The north London side secured a morale-boosting 2-1 victory over Swansea City on Sunday as second-half goals from Nacer Chadli and Danny Rose completed their comeback at White Hart Lane.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are in second place in the Premier League table and two points behind leaders Leicester City ahead of Wednesday’s trip to West Ham United.

Unsurprisingly, former Spurs midfielder Waddle is backing Tottenham to finish ahead of Arsenal in the Premier League title race.

Arsenal suffered a blow in their bid to win the Premier League crown after a 3-2 loss to bitter rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners host Swansea City in the Premier League at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night before Saturday’s north London derby at White Hart Lane.
