Kurt Zouma has taken to social media to deliver a positive injury update as the Chelsea defender continues his recovery from his knee injury.

The centre-half has been ruled out of action for a number of months after suffering the injury during the 1-1 draw with Manchester United in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge on 7 February.

Zouma underwent surgery to correct the problem in Barcelona last month and is now back in London to continue his rehabilitation.

And the 21-year-old looks to be in good spirits as he continues his rehabilitation.

Zouma posted the video above of himself stepping up his recovery on an exercise bike on Monday afternoon and wrote: “Step by step…🏿 #hamdulilah”

Zouma watched his Chelsea team-mates come from a goal down to earn a 2-2 draw with West Ham United at Stamford Bridge at the weekend.
