Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has taken to social media to provide a positive injury update for Arsenal fans as the midfielder continues his rehabilitation.

The midfielder has been out of action since suffering a knee problem during Arsenal’s 2-0 Champions League defeat at the hands of Barcelona at Emirates Stadium last month.

Oxlade-Chamberlain will be hoping to make his comeback for Arsenal in the coming weeks as he bids to prove his fitness to England manager Roy Hodgson ahead of this summer’s European championships in France.

And the midfielder used his personal Instagram account to update his followers on Tuesday afternoon by posting a picture of himself working out in the gym.

He shared the photo above and wrote: “Good days rehab… Feeling stronger every day.”
