Mamadou Sakho was all smiles with Paul Pogba as the Liverpool defender prepared to carry out some media duties for the France national team.

The Reds centre-half will be relieved to be on international duty after he was unable to prevent Liverpool from suffering a second-half collapse at St Mary’s on Sunday afternoon.

Jurgen Klopp’s side were 2-0 up at half-time thanks to goals from Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge before Sadio Mane and Graziano Pelle masterminded a 3-2 comeback win for the Saints.

Sakho posted a Snapchat story which saw the Liverpool defender pan the camera around the France dressing room on Tuesday afternoon.

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi, Crystal Palace star Yohan Cabaye and Juventus playmaker Pogba all starred in Sakho’s Snapchat video.

Former Manchester United midfielder Pogba has been linked with a move to Premier League sides Chelsea and Manchester City ahead of the summer transfer window.
