The Brazil international joined Jurgen Klopp’s depleted squad for their warm weather training camp in Tenerife this week after some of their team-mates joined their respective national team squads.
Firmino was forced to withdraw from the Brazil squad after he suffered a hamstring injury following Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United in the Europa League last week.
While some Liverpool players were permitted to bring their girlfriends away on holiday, Firmino left his partner Larisa presumably in Merseyside given her peculiar absence from his Snapchat feed.
And the 24-year-old midfielder joined Alberto Moreno, Lucas Leiva and Pedro Chinvella and their respective partners for dinner in Tenerife.
Firmino moved to Liverpool in a £29m deal from Bundesliga side Hoffenheim in last summer’s transfer window.
The Brazilian has scored nine times and has made eight assists in the Premier League so far this season.
