Liverpool are preparing to host Manchester United in Thursday night’s crunch clash at Anfield in the Europa League as they look to take a step towards booking their place in the quarter-finals of the competition.

Manchester United have won their last four Premier League fixtures against Liverpool since a humiliating 3-0 home defeat in March 2014.

Liverpool, meanwhile, are unbeaten in eight European games this season, and have not lost in six Uefa home matches.
