Granit Xhaka was all smiles as he posed for pictures in Arsenal’s new home kit after becoming the club’s first signing of the summer transfer window.

The 23-year-old Swiss midfielder joined the north London side on a long-term contract for an undisclosed fee after finally putting pen to paper on his deal on Wednesday.

Xhaka captained Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga last season and Champions League qualification in the past two campaigns.
