The Red Devils boss completed his fourth signing of the summer last week after Paul Pogba completed a much-anticipated £92m move to United from Juventus.
The market is open until 31 August
Mourinho was appointed as Louis van Gaal’s successor in May after the Dutch coach paid the price for a disappointing fifth-placed finish.
The 20-time English champions started their summer spending spree with the £30m addition of Villarreal defender Eric Bailly before Zlatan Ibrahimovic completed a free transfer from Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain.
United took their spending to over £120m when Borussia Dortmund midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan sealed a £30m transfer to the Red Devils in July before Pogba’s world-record move last week.
Asked if United would still be looking to make further additions ahead of the close of the summer transfer window at his pre-match media conference on Thursday, Mourinho replied:
“The market is open until 31st August, but I am very happy with the players I have. I keep saying that I don’t talk about players from other clubs.”
United will host Southampton in the Premier League at Old Trafford on Friday night in what will be Mourinho’s first home game as manager.
