Paul Pogba met with Arsenal and France legend Thierry Henry ahead of the midfielder’s second Manchester United debut on Friday night.

The France international will be hoping to start his first Red Devils game since a world-record £92m move to Old Trafford from Serie A champions Juventus last week.

The 23-year-old was suspended for United’s opening Premier League game last weekend after a 3-1 victory over Bournemouth at Vitality Stadium.

United will host south coast club Southampton at Old Trafford in their first Premier League fixture of the season at Old Trafford on Friday night.

Pogba chatted to Arsenal legend and Sky Sports pundit Henry as the midfielder took a break from training ahead of Friday night’s visit of the Saints.

Pogba posted the above photo on his Instagram page and wrote the following caption:

“Bon anniv Titi 🎂 happy birthday Titi #thierryhenri @equipedefrance”

The French midfielder won four successive Serie A titles and finished as a Champions League runner-up in 2015.
