Dietmar Hamann says Jurgen Klopp’s biggest problem will be keeping all his Liverpool players happy.

The 49-year-old’s Reds squad are in fourth place in the Premier League and three points behind leaders Manchester City having played a game less than Pep Guardiola’s side.

Klopp has used 20 different Liverpool players in the Premier League so far this season as the Reds look to secure a fifth successive top-flight win against Manchester United at Anfield on Monday night.

Former Liverpool midfielder Hamann believes Klopp could struggle to keep his competitive Reds squad happy given a lack of European football this season.

“The biggest problem for Klopp is going to be keeping everyone happy,” Hamann wrote in his Paddy Power blog.

“While other managers use the midweek games to rotate the squad and keep the team happy, Klopp can’t do that.”

Liverpool have already beaten top-four rivals Arsenal and Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium and at Stamford Bridge this term.

The Reds were 4-1 winners against reigning Premier League champions Leicester City at Anfield last month.
