Wenger was quoted as saying that negativity among Arsenal fans is like a “virus” that spreads quickly during his pre-match news conference on Thursday.
The Frenchman has found himself in the spotlight at The Emirates in recent seasons for failing to guide Arsenal to a Premier League title triumph since their famous unbeaten campaign in 2003-04.
Wenger led Arsenal to back to back FA Cup wins in 2014 and 2015 but a Champions League title still alludes him.
And Morgan was less than impressed with Wenger’s remarks in the build-up to Saturday’s clash against Swansea City at The Emirates in the Premier League.
Such sneering arrogance from a man who hasn't won PL since 2004 & has never won CL. https://t.co/irchyAI6ih

Arsenal return to Champions League action on Wednesday night with a home clash against Ludogorets.
The Gunners have taken four points from their opening European games against FC Basel and Paris Saint-Germain this season.
