Martin Keown is tipping Chelsea to take another step closer towards winning the Premier League title by beating Burnley 2-0 at Turf Moor on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues head into the game fresh from their impressive 3-1 victory over Arsenal at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

That win underlined Chelsea’s status as the firm favourites to win the Premier League title this season, with the Blues currently nine points clear at the top of the table.

Chelsea are widely expected to beat Burnley on Sunday as they bid to win the Premier League in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge at Stamford Bridge.

And former Arsenal man Keown is tipping Chelsea to take all three points when they travel to Turf Moor this weekend.

Writing in his column for The Daily Mail, Keown said: “Burnley play a system to try to keep things really tight but with the best will in the world you are not going to stop Eden Hazard for 90 minutes.

“Chelsea will purr through this game.”

Chelsea’s upturn in form this season has been in stark contrast to their struggles last term, when they ended up 10th and without a trophy.
