The Blues head into the game looking to return to winning ways in the top flight after their 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Anfield in midweek.
Arsenal, meanwhile, are also looking to get their Premier League hopes back on track after their 2-1 loss to Watford at The Emirates on Tuesday night.
Chelsea were beaten 3-0 by the Gunners when the two teams last met at The Emirates back in September in in the Premier League.
But the Blues have not looked back since that loss, and the west London side are now the firm favourites to win the Premier League title this season.
And former Liverpool man Redknapp is fully expecting to see Chelsea claim all three points at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Writing in his column for Sky Sports, Redknapp said: “The Chelsea team is an easy one to name and, really, I can’t see anything but a Chelsea win in this one.
“They’re so strong and comfortable with what they’re doing, while Arsenal – no matter what they say – will have found it very hard to pick themselves up after the Watford defeat.
“This is the last fixture they’d want on the back of that result and they’re really going to have to show some character to get a result – something they’ve been criticised for lacking in the last few years.
“Don’t get me wrong, I love the way Arsenal play and hopefully they can do something. Certainly the neutrals would like that, or the title race could be over before we know it!”
